Needless to say, these foods should be eaten in their natural form. Adding sugar or processing these foods reduce their health benefits and fat burning possibilities.

Банковские процентные ставки начнут расти в июле

Даже выполнив все условия МВФ и получив новые кредиты, проблема рефинансирования не будет решена, поскольку кредиты МВФ направлены лишь на покрытие валютных резервов, а не дефицита бюджета", – добавляет эксперт.

Более того, несмотря на рост доходности по дефолтным свопам (CDS) на мировом уровне, кредит МВФ не гарантирует доступа к международным рынкам. Скорее всего, правительство будет пытаться прибегнуть к значительным бюджетным сокращениям в течение 2012 года.
